Our Methodology

We treat our employees like our friends. We understand their problems and try to resolve them. We believe in mutual benefit of both employee and company. As the employees grow; company will grow and vice versa.

Free Wi-Fi Zone

We provide Free Wi-Fi to all the Employees with access to all sites which means you are allowed to use Social Networking site while working with us. Nothing is banned by us.

No Dress Code

We do not follow any dress code in the Organization. The Employees are allowed to wear any casual or formal wears. Only night suits are not allowed. ;-)

Time Punctuality

We are very STRICT in time management. We DO NOT allow any employee to work in office after the work hours are finished. That's our Time Punctuality.

Current Openings (Full time)

Website Designer & Developer

Candidate should have knowledge about HTML, CSS, jQuery, PHP and MySQL.
The candidates should be able to design and develop website using existing template or create a new design. Knowledge of CSS frameworks, Photoshop will be added advantage to the candidate.

Application Developer

Candidates should have extensive knowledge about HTML5, CSS3, Vue, AJAX, RWD, PHP, MySQL, PHP Frameworks (Laravel).
The candidates should be able to design and develop Web Based Application, Developing Admin Panel, Implementing UI, CRUD using PHP, AJAX calls, Knowledge about MVC Architecture.

CMS Expert

Candidates should have extensive knowledge about CMS Development including Templating, Development and Website Management. Knowledge of WordPress, SilverStripe (Joomla, Drupal is also accepted)

Application Architect

Ideal candidate should have knowledge of following - DevOps, Database design, SPA/PWA framework. FE/BE design principles, PHP, MySQL, Vue, VueX, VueNative, Static publishing. (Python and AWS knowledge added advantage)

Pages to design -
- Home Page - Some text, banner image pull in a random character from the characters page (see below) and feature them on the homepage.
- Characters Page - List as many characters from the movie as you like (Preferably five).
  Name & photo that when clicked load their full details with description on same page.
- Contact Page - Include a contact form that implements reCAPTCHA.
- Google map - Add map location for Marvel Entertainment, New York
Same test for all positions
- Website Designer & Developer - Show your design and development skills
- Application Developer - Use database and AJAX
- CMS Expert - Implement using any CMS of your choice
- Application Architect - Use framework of your choice (Laravel preferred)

Internship Programme (Part-time)

Training and live projects

The candidates will be given training on all of the following technologies but not limited to

HTML, CSS
CSS architecture - SASS, SCSS
CSS frameworks - Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
JavaScript, jQuery, ES6
Package managers npm, yarn
Version control system (Git)
Linux, Terminal usage
Cloud hosting, DNS configuration, SSL certificates
Web server Apache2
PHP, Database management using MySQL
Laravel framework
Single Page Application using Vue.js

This will also include subscription to paid Udemy courses. The purchase cost of Udemy courses will be borne by ITHQ.

If the candidate is interested in learning a technology which is not covered by us we are happy to purchase the course for them, although we would love to see the outcome of the course they have opted for.

Review

There will be a review after every 15-20 days to see what the candidate is doing well and what the candidate is lacking in.
Guidance will be provided if they are not comfortable in doing any particular task and they will be moved to another team if required.
This will ensure that the candidate's performance is up to the mark and they are trying their level best to give their full output for growth of both the company and as an individual.

Outcome of internship

After successful completion of the course the candidate should be able to design and develop a website on their own without help from anybody. Although they can work as a group.
The candidate will have knowledge about front end as well as backend development with a little bit of understanding of how to configure a web server.
ITHQ ensures that the candidate will have experience of at least 6-10 live projects which will be completed during their course of internship.

Certificate of completion

Only the candidate who completes the entire 6 months duration of internship will get a certificate from us.

Timing

Office timings would be flexible for candidates depending on their college routine.
The candidate needs to be working for 20-24 hours every week (given 6 days a week and at least 4 hours a day).
The candidate needs to come to office at least 2-4 days a week. Other days they can work remotely.

Payment terms

The candidate will be paid a lump-sum amount on the completion of their 6 months (approximately 576 hours) of internship duration. Any candidate who opt-out before the completion of internship will not get any payment.
